Meriam V Deguzman is a graphic designer disciplined in print, digital and web design.
In 2014, she graduated from Otis College of Art & Design in Los Angeles with a BFA in Communication Arts. Through the years, Meriam has grown in her skills as an in-house graphic designer for wholesale and e-commerce retailers, as well as non-profit organizations and small businesses.
Meriam believes 99.9% of design problems can be solved with bold but clean typography and a sprinkle of vibrant colors. She is attentive to design details like negative space but is persistent with communicating the overall message with clarity and heart. Meriam especially enjoys projects that create human connections by simply leaping from a digital space and into a tangible physical form people can hold.
She is learning to embrace her personality type: INFP & Enneagram 4. Her current interests include mid-century modern design, finding the best slice of pizza in Los Angeles and raving over sneaker storytelling with her husband.
